Barista

We’re looking for a barista who cares deeply about the craft, someone who is familiar with La Marzocco machines or equivalent, hold a conversation with a curious guest, and move with calm efficiency in a small, intimate space.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve espresso-based drinks to a consistent specialty standard
• Dial in grind and extraction daily; maintain calibration throughout service
• Keep the bar, equipment, and workspace clean and organized
• Engage warmly and knowledgeably with guests
• Handle POS (Loyverse) and basic cash/card transactions
• Support stock tracking and flag low inventory
• Represent the brand in appearance, attitude, and hospitality

What We’re Looking For

• Prior specialty coffee experience preferred
• Comfortable working independently in a boutique setting
• Detail-oriented, consistent technique matters to us
• Genuine interest in coffee, not just a job filler
• Presentable, punctual, and reliable

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: KD220.000 - KD300.000 per month
