We&rsquo;re looking for a barista who cares deeply about the craft, someone who is familiar with La Marzocco machines or equivalent, hold a conversation with a curious guest, and move with calm efficiency in a small, intimate space.Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare and serve espresso-based drinks to a consistent specialty standard</li><li>Dial in grind and extraction daily; maintain calibration throughout service</li><li>Keep the bar, equipment, and workspace clean and organized</li><li>Engage warmly and knowledgeably with guests</li><li>Handle POS (Loyverse) and basic cash/card transactions</li><li>Support stock tracking and flag low inventory</li><li>Represent the brand in appearance, attitude, and hospitality</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>Prior specialty coffee experience preferred</li><li>Comfortable working independently in a boutique setting</li><li>Detail-oriented, consistent technique matters to us</li><li>Genuine interest in coffee, not just a job filler</li><li>Presentable, punctual, and reliable</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, ContractPay: KD220.000 - KD300.000 per monthWork Location: In person
