Overview We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our executive team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional administrative skills and a strong ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can handle sensitive information with discretion while providing outstanding customer service. The Executive Assistant will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations within the organization.Responsibilities<ul><li>Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.</li><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, demonstrating excellent customer service skills.</li><li>Prepare and proofread documents, reports, and presentations to ensure accuracy and professionalism.</li><li>Utilize DocuSign for document management and electronic signatures, ensuring timely processing of important documents.</li><li>Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records to support efficient office operations.</li><li>Assist in implementing strategic plans, following designated methods and coordinating with specific teams.</li><li>Ensure timely execution of tasks, track progress, and provide daily updates</li><li>Oversee projects and manage team growth initiatives with guidance</li><li>Handle essential errands, such as securing business licenses, arranging parts from factories, and communicating with dealers.</li><li>Act as the CEO's point of contact for certain business dealings, following provided instructions to ensure accuracy and professionalism.</li><li>Collaborate with the CEO to design a streamlined, easy-to-follow SOP that supports operational consistency across the company.</li><li>Identify areas for improvement in existing processes and contribute to refining our internal workflows.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Proven experience in an administrative or executive assistant role is preferred.</li><li>Strong proficiency in office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)</li><li>Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail to ensure high-quality documentation.</li><li>Previous experience in project coordination or similar roles is a plus.</li><li>Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on customer service excellence.</li><li>Ability to speak in Mandarin Chinese and read and write in Chinese.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Executive administrative support: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>Mandarin (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Relocate:<ul><li>Jurupa Valley, CA 92509: Relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
