<div>We are seeking a Receptionist to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success. 
Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>
Greet and assist onsite guests</li>
<li>Answer inbound telephone calls 
</li>
<li>Perform all other office tasks 
</li>
<li>Performing three way matching of purchase orders, receiving reports and vendor invoices to ensure accuracy</li>
<li>Reconciling vendor statements</li></ul> 


Qualifications: 
<ul>
<li>
Previous experience in office administration or other related fields</li>
<li>Ability to prioritize and multitask</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail</li>
<li>Strong organizational skills</li></ul> 


Hours: 


Monday thru Friday 12:15 PM to 5:00 PM<ul><li>
