We are seeking a Receptionist to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.
Responsibilities:

Greet and assist onsite guests
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Perform all other office tasks
- Performing three way matching of purchase orders, receiving reports and vendor invoices to ensure accuracy
- Reconciling vendor statements
Qualifications:

Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
Hours:
Monday thru Friday 12:15 PM to 5:00 PM
