We are looking for a results-driven HR recruiter to join our team. Your main responsibility will be to hire business partners and independent freight broker agents for US logistics&mdash;candidates must have their own book of business.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Actively source, reach out, and close candidates with existing business in the freight and logistics industry</li><li>Use LinkedIn and other platforms for effective outreach and recruitment</li><li>Arrange face-to-face meetings and drive the closing of top candidates</li><li>Meet demanding recruitment targets and business development goals</li><li>Build relationships with business partners and independent agents</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Strong experience as an HR recruiter, especially in business development roles</li><li>Proven ability to recruit candidates who already have a book of business</li><li>Excellent LinkedIn sourcing and outreach skills</li><li>Strong closing skills&mdash;both online and in-person</li><li>Self-driven and able to handle a demanding, target-driven environment</li><li>Experience in the US logistics industry is a strong plus</li></ul>Who Should Apply: Only candidates with a strong background in HR recruitment and business development should apply.
