HR Recruiter – Business Development

We are looking for a results-driven HR recruiter to join our team. Your main responsibility will be to hire business partners and independent freight broker agents for US logistics—candidates must have their own book of business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively source, reach out, and close candidates with existing business in the freight and logistics industry
• Use LinkedIn and other platforms for effective outreach and recruitment
• Arrange face-to-face meetings and drive the closing of top candidates
• Meet demanding recruitment targets and business development goals
• Build relationships with business partners and independent agents

Requirements:

• Strong experience as an HR recruiter, especially in business development roles
• Proven ability to recruit candidates who already have a book of business
• Excellent LinkedIn sourcing and outreach skills
• Strong closing skills—both online and in-person
• Self-driven and able to handle a demanding, target-driven environment
• Experience in the US logistics industry is a strong plus
