Job Title: AI Platform Developer (Mid-Level &amp; Senior-Level) Location: Hybrid &ndash; Herndon, VA (4&ndash;5 days onsite required) Employment Type: Contract | Possible ConversionAbout the RoleWe are seeking AI Platform Developers to design, develop, and deploy machine learning and AI solutions within enterprise cloud environments.We are hiring at both Mid-Level (5&ndash;7 years) and Senior-Level (7&ndash;10 years).Core Responsibilities (Both Levels)<ul><li>Develop and deploy ML/DL models</li><li>Build scalable AI pipelines</li><li>Work with structured and unstructured data</li><li>Perform data acquisition, cleaning, preprocessing, and feature engineering</li><li>Implement CI/CD and MLOps practices</li><li>Deploy models in cloud environments</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams</li></ul>Required Technical Skills<ul><li>Strong Python expertise (R, Java, C++ a plus)</li><li>Deep understanding of ML (supervised, unsupervised, reinforcement learning)</li><li>Neural networks (CNN, RNN)</li><li>TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, scikit-learn</li><li>SQL and NoSQL databases</li><li>Apache Spark or large-scale data platforms</li><li>Strong mathematics foundation (linear algebra, calculus, probability, statistics)</li><li>NLP experience (NLTK, spaCy, Hugging Face Transformers)</li><li>Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)</li><li>MLOps experience</li></ul>Mid-Level (5&ndash;7 Years)<ul><li>Contribute to model development and deployment</li><li>Support AI pipeline automation</li><li>Assist in scaling AI workloads</li><li>Participate in design discussions</li></ul>Senior-Level (7&ndash;10 Years)<ul><li>Lead AI architecture design</li><li>Mentor junior developers</li><li>Drive model optimization and productionization</li><li>Establish MLOps standards</li><li>Collaborate with leadership on AI strategy</li></ul>Work Arrangement<ul><li>Hybrid &ndash; 4 days onsite minimum (Herndon, VA)</li><li>Some weeks may require 5 days onsite</li></ul>Job Type: ContractPay: $65.00 - $75.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekWork Location: In person
