Job Title: AI Platform Developer (Mid-Level & Senior-Level)
Location: Hybrid – Herndon, VA (4–5 days onsite required)

About the Role

We are seeking AI Platform Developers to design, develop, and deploy machine learning and AI solutions within enterprise cloud environments.

We are hiring at both Mid-Level (5–7 years) and Senior-Level (7–10 years).

Core Responsibilities (Both Levels)

• Develop and deploy ML/DL models
• Build scalable AI pipelines
• Work with structured and unstructured data
• Perform data acquisition, cleaning, preprocessing, and feature engineering
• Implement CI/CD and MLOps practices
• Deploy models in cloud environments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams

Required Technical Skills

• Strong Python expertise (R, Java, C++ a plus)
• Deep understanding of ML (supervised, unsupervised, reinforcement learning)
• Neural networks (CNN, RNN)
• TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, scikit-learn
• SQL and NoSQL databases
• Apache Spark or large-scale data platforms
• Strong mathematics foundation (linear algebra, calculus, probability, statistics)
• NLP experience (NLTK, spaCy, Hugging Face Transformers)
• Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• MLOps experience

Mid-Level (5–7 Years)

• Contribute to model development and deployment
• Support AI pipeline automation
• Assist in scaling AI workloads
• Participate in design discussions

Senior-Level (7–10 Years)

• Lead AI architecture design
• Mentor junior developers
• Drive model optimization and productionization
• Establish MLOps standards
• Collaborate with leadership on AI strategy

Work Arrangement

• Hybrid – 4 days onsite minimum (Herndon, VA)
• Some weeks may require 5 days onsite

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $65.00 - $75.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
