We place a heavy emphasis on customer service and leveraging technology as a key enabler of employee productivity.Overview &amp; Function: Exceptional Customer service and overall administrative support for the day-to-day operations of the office. This is an in-person position that reports directly to the Business Manager. As the office assistant you are the gate keeper and often the first responder on behalf of rbTechnologies. You will provide support for our customers, leadership team and technical staff. Positivity, efficiency and attention to detail will be crucial to your success in this role.This is a Full-time, in person position.Skills required:<ul><li>Customer service</li><li>Answering phones in a professional approachable Manner</li><li>Optimistic, Friendly, outgoing</li><li>High degree of comfort working with computers: Microsoft Office suite (Word, excel, etc.).</li><li>Some experience with Quickbooks (entering bills, receiving payments etc.) desired.</li><li>Strong organizational skills, self-directed and able to work independently.</li><li>Willing to work in a relatively high-pressure environment</li><li>Able to coordinate and collaborate in a hybrid work environment.
