We are looking for a proactive and skilled Talent Acquisition Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and a strong ability to identify, attract, and hire top talent across various roles.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Handle the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing &amp; onboarding</li><li>Understand job requirements and coordinate with hiring managers</li><li>Use multiple sourcing platforms (job portals, social media, referrals, networking)</li><li>Schedule interviews and manage candidate communication professionally</li><li>Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers</li><li>Ensure smooth onboarding for selected candidates</li><li>Support employer branding and HR initiatives</li><li>Work on bulk hiring, niche hiring, and time-bound requirements</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Minimum 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition</li><li>Strong communication &amp; interpersonal skills</li><li>Good understanding of technical &amp; non-technical hiring</li><li>Ability to multitask and manage hiring pipelines</li><li>Familiarity with ATS or recruitment tracking tools</li><li>Graduation in HR/Management or related field preferred</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;200,000.00 - &#8377;400,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
