HR Executive (Recruitment)

We are looking for a proactive and skilled Talent Acquisition Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and a strong ability to identify, attract, and hire top talent across various roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing & onboarding
• Understand job requirements and coordinate with hiring managers
• Use multiple sourcing platforms (job portals, social media, referrals, networking)
• Schedule interviews and manage candidate communication professionally
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
• Ensure smooth onboarding for selected candidates
• Support employer branding and HR initiatives
• Work on bulk hiring, niche hiring, and time-bound requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Good understanding of technical & non-technical hiring
• Ability to multitask and manage hiring pipelines
• Familiarity with ATS or recruitment tracking tools
• Graduation in HR/Management or related field preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
