Position Title: Web/Remote based assistant. Type of position: Part time<ul><li>Part time, starting at 20hr/month - approximately 5 hours of support each week Monday-Friday.</li><li>Likely more depending on need and availability</li></ul>Working time zone: <ul><li>U.S. Eastern time zone</li><li>The selected candidate will be required to check in weekly (google meet) at 9:15 a.m. Eastern on Thursday mornings</li><li>Will need to occasionally make phone calls during normal business hours (M-F, 8am &ndash; 5pm)</li></ul>Requirements / Skills: <ul><li>Language - English</li><li>Google drive (Doc, Sheets, etc.)</li><li>Microsoft office (Word, Excel, etc.)</li><li>Proofreading and Grammar</li><li>Generate / Alter / Print pdf&rsquo;s</li><li>Results orientated.</li><li>Project management skills not required but preferred</li><li>Microsoft Onedrive</li><li>Microsoft Project</li></ul>Daily reporting / accountabilityDaily work summary<ul><li>Summarize daily work - shared Google Doc. Date Where did you finish? What is next? Are you waiting on an answer from someone? Upcoming deadlines?</li></ul>Time Log - in Google Sheets<ul><li>Will need to update a spreadsheet summary for hours worked Date, Time started, Time ended, Description of work (journal entry of activities performed)</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Evaluation <ul><li>Starting at $15 per hour, with a maximum of 20 hours per month</li><li>Formal review after 90 days with possibility of hourly increase based on performance</li><li>Long term candidates will be reviewed each year</li></ul>Typical work activities <ul><li>Organize electronic files.</li><li>Set appointments.</li><li>Daily use of email</li><li>Create/Update operations manual</li><li>Create/Update If This Than That (IFTT) document</li><li>Update pivot tables for Weekly route schedules, Weekly route paperwork, Weekly product purchase list</li><li>Summarize daily work</li><li>Weekly check-ins (15min)</li></ul>Less frequent activities -<ul><li>List items on Craigslist</li><li>Client interaction, phone calls and emails</li><li>Write job descriptions, Post jobs, Review resumes, Screen / Phone interview candidates Continuing projects</li><li>Website and Content management</li></ul>Please complete the following form - Position Title: Web/Remote based assistant.Job Types: Contract, Part-timePay: From $15.00 per hourEducation:<ul><li>High school or equivalent (Preferred)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Required)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Remote (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
