Job description:RDCL Services is seeking independent and detail-oriented 1099 Independent Insurance Adjuster to support our projects in Memphis, TN and the surrounding area. This contract role involves conducting on-site surveys and photographing and documenting damage on residential homes. The ideal contractor is comfortable working in diverse environments, has strong attention to detail, and can communicate effectively with clients.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Conduct on-site surveys to collect photographs and document damage related to residential insurance claims</li><li>Collaborate with project managers to provide survey results.</li><li>Utilize specialized tools and software for efficient data collection.</li><li>Adhere to safety protocols and project guidelines while on-site.</li><li>Maintain professional communication with clients, contractors, and internal teams.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Prior experience in claims adjusting, construction, or a related field is required</li><li>Ability to work independently and travel to various job sites.</li><li>Ability and willingness to get on residential rooftops to document roof damage</li><li>Must have a minimum 24' ladder, smart phone, and reliable transportation</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license and reliable transportation.</li><li>Ability to lift and carry necessary equipment.</li></ul>Contract Details:<ul><li>Compensation: $100 per assessment (plus travel if applicable)</li><li>Flexible Schedule: Work is project-based, allowing for control over your schedule.</li><li>Independent Work: Ideal for contractors who prefer autonomy in their work.</li><li>Opportunities for ongoing contract work with RDCL Services.</li></ul>Pay: From $100.00 per dayBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Referral program</li></ul>Work Location: In person
