1099 Field Adjuster - Residential Roof Inspections

RDCL Services is seeking independent and detail-oriented 1099 Independent Field Adjuster to support our projects in Cleveland, OH and the surrounding area. This contract role involves conducting on-site surveys and photographing and documenting damage on residential homes with active roofing insurance claims on behalf of a nationwide roofing partner. The ideal contractor is comfortable working in diverse environments, has strong attention to detail, and can communicate effectively with clients.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct on-site surveys to collect photographs and document damage related to residential insurance claims
• Collaborate with project managers to provide survey results.
• Utilize specialized tools and software for efficient data collection.
• Adhere to safety protocols and project guidelines while on-site.
• Maintain professional communication with clients, contractors, and internal teams.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in property claims adjusting is required
• Ability to work independently and travel to various job sites.
• Ability and willingness to get on residential rooftops to document roof damage
• Must have a minimum 24' ladder, smart phone, and reliable transportation
• Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift and carry necessary equipment.

Contract Details:

• Compensation: $100 per assessment (plus travel if applicable)
