Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Coordinator to join our team! As an Office Coordinator, you will manage a variety of responsibilities including Accounts Payable, Payroll, scheduling, vendor relations, human resources support, and office management. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced, collaborative setting while making a meaningful impact on our organization&rsquo;s success.Duties<ul><li>Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and organization across all departments</li><li>Manage appointment scheduling, calendar coordination, and meeting logistics for staff and leadership</li><li>Coordinate event planning activities including meetings, trainings, and company events to promote team engagement</li><li>Supervise administrative staff and provide training &amp; development opportunities to enhance team performance</li><li>Handle vendor management by sourcing supplies, negotiating contracts, and maintaining positive relationships with service providers</li><li>Maintain accurate bookkeeping records using QuickBooks Desktop for invoicing, expense tracking, and payroll processing</li><li>Support human resources functions such as onboarding new employees, managing files, and assisting with payroll administration</li><li>Oversee front desk responsibilities including multi-line phone systems, greeting visitors, and managing phone etiquette</li><li>Organize filing systems&mdash;both digital and physical&mdash;to ensure easy access to important documents</li><li>Manage office budgets and assist with basic bookkeeping tasks to keep expenses aligned with organizational goals</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong clerical skills</li><li>Demonstrated supervisory experience with the ability to lead a team effectively</li><li>Proficiency in QuickBooks for financial management tasks such as payroll and budgeting</li><li>Excellent communication skills&mdash;both verbal and written&mdash;plus strong organizational abilities</li><li>Experience in event planning and vendor management to coordinate logistics smoothly</li><li>Knowledge of human resources procedures including onboarding, employee records management, and payroll support</li><li>Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Strong attention to detail combined with proactive problem-solving skills</li></ul>Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hourWork Location: In person
