This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your office management expertise while contributing to a vibrant team.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Greet visitors warmly, providing excellent customer service and guiding them appropriately</li><li>Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries, and direct calls efficiently using professional phone etiquette</li><li>Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is tidy, organized, and welcoming at all times</li><li>Handle data entry tasks, including filing, record keeping, and updating client information using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools</li><li>Support office management tasks such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and basic bookkeeping with QuickBooks or similar software</li><li>Assist with clerical duties including proofreading documents, managing incoming and outgoing mail, and supporting administrative projects</li><li>Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience for all visitors</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong organizational skills</li><li>Excellent computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications</li><li>Strong phone etiquette skills with experience managing multi-line phone systems</li><li>Exceptional clerical skills including data entry, filing, proofreading, and time management</li><li>Previous experience as a receptionist in dental or medical settings is advantageous but not required; personal assistant experience also valuable</li><li>Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment</li></ul>Join us as a Showroom Assistant &amp; Receptionist and become an integral part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding service.
