Our multidisciplinary approach combines medical expertise with compassion, empowering patients and families throughout their recovery journey.Role OverviewThe Staff Nurse plays a vital role in delivering compassionate, evidence-based nursing care to patients undergoing neurological rehabilitation. The role focuses on supporting recovery, promoting independence, preventing complications, and ensuring patient dignity throughout the rehabilitation journey..Clinical Care<ul><li>Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients with neurological conditions such as stroke, spinal cord injury, traumatic brain injury, and neuromuscular disorders</li><li>Monitor vital signs, neurological status, bowel &amp; bladder care, skin integrity, and nutrition</li><li>Administer medications safely and accurately as per physician&rsquo;s orders</li><li>Perform wound care, pressure sore prevention, catheter care, and infection control practices</li><li>Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) while encouraging independence</li></ul>Rehabilitation Support<ul><li>Work closely with physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and psychologists to support individualized rehab goals</li><li>Assist patients during therapy sessions as required</li><li>Educate patients and caregivers on mobility, positioning, self-care, and home-based rehabilitation</li></ul>Patient &amp; Family Education<ul><li>Provide counselling and emotional support to patients and caregivers</li><li>Educate families on disease condition, care plans, medication compliance, and prevention of complications</li><li>Support caregiver training prior to patient discharge</li></ul>Documentation &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Maintain accurate nursing records, care plans, and progress notes</li><li>Follow hospital protocols, NABH / quality standards, and ethical nursing practices</li><li>Report changes in patient condition promptly to the medical team</li></ul>Teamwork &amp; Professional Conduct<ul><li>Participate in ward rounds, case discussions, and team meetings</li><li>Uphold patient dignity, confidentiality, and compassionate care at all times</li><li>Support a positive, patient-centric rehabilitation environment</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>GNM / B.Sc Nursing (mandatory)</li><li>Valid Nursing Council Registration</li><li>Minimum 1 year experience preferred (experience in neuro rehab, critical care, or medical-surgical nursing is an advantage)</li><li>Freshers with strong interest in rehabilitation nursing may be considered</li></ul>Key Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Strong clinical observation and assessment skills</li><li>Compassionate, patient-centered approach</li><li>Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team</li><li>Good communication skills with patients and families</li><li>Willingness to learn rehabilitation-specific nursing practices</li><li>Physical and emotional resilience</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Meaningful work that transforms lives after life-altering injuries</li><li>Exposure to holistic neuro rehabilitation care</li><li>Continuous learning and skill development</li><li>Ethical, compassionate, and purpose-driven healthcare environment</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
