This role focuses on creating clear, consistent, and professional content that enhances how we train, communicate, and present ourselves as a company.This is a hands-on opportunity ideal for someone interested in media, communications, and business operations, with the ability to make a meaningful impact across multiple departments. The intern will work closely with leadership to develop content that supports training, process clarity, and overall organizational efficiency.This internship offers the potential for a permanent position, along with the opportunity to receive a professional letter of reference based on performance.Responsibilities: (Essential Duties and Responsibilities) Training &amp; Operational Content (Primary Focus)&middot; Create video and visual content to support employee training and onboarding&middot; Plan, produce, film, and edit content with clear, professional messaging&middot; Develop &ldquo;how-to&rdquo; videos for warehouse and logistics processes&middot; Assist in building and maintaining a library of standardized training materials&middot; Ensure consistency in how processes and procedures are communicated across teamsInternal Communications<ul><li>Support creation of internal content to improve communication and alignment</li><li>Capture day-to-day operations to highlight workflows and team collaboration</li><li>Assist leadership with simple, clear messaging for operational updates</li></ul>External Content Support<ul><li>Assist in creating professional content for external platforms (e.g., LinkedIn)</li><li>Capture behind-the-scenes operations to support company branding</li><li>Help maintain a consistent and polished company image</li></ul>What You&rsquo;ll Gain<ul><li>Hands-on experience working across Operations, HR, and leadership</li><li>Opportunity to build a professional content portfolio</li><li>Exposure to real-world business processes and operational workflows</li><li>The ability to create work that has a direct impact on training and efficiency</li></ul>Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required) <ul><li>Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field</li><li>Strong interest in content creation, video production, and storytelling</li><li>Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, iMovie, or similar)</li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail</li><li>Ability to take direction and work independently</li></ul>Preferred Skills &middot; Experience with video editing or content creation<ul><li>Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn preferred)</li><li>Interest in operations, logistics, or business environments</li><li>Microsoft 365 proficiency</li></ul>Physical Demands and Work EnvironmentWhile performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear.
