Job Summary:
reLink Medical is seeking an Operations Media & Content Intern to support both internal operations and external brand presence. This role focuses on creating clear, consistent, and professional content that enhances how we train, communicate, and present ourselves as a company.
This is a hands-on opportunity ideal for someone interested in media, communications, and business operations, with the ability to make a meaningful impact across multiple departments. The intern will work closely with leadership to develop content that supports training, process clarity, and overall organizational efficiency.
This internship offers the potential for a permanent position, along with the opportunity to receive a professional letter of reference based on performance.
Responsibilities: (Essential Duties and Responsibilities)
Training & Operational Content (Primary Focus)
· Create video and visual content to support employee training and onboarding
· Plan, produce, film, and edit content with clear, professional messaging
· Develop “how-to” videos for warehouse and logistics processes
· Assist in building and maintaining a library of standardized training materials
· Ensure consistency in how processes and procedures are communicated across teams

Physical Demands and Work Environment
While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear.
