We are looking for a reliable, energetic, and licensed professional to serve as our Field &amp; Showing Specialist. You will be the primary link between our team and our physical inventory. Whether it&rsquo;s helping a buyer find their dream home, hosting a busy open house, or ensuring our listing marketing materials are installed on time, you are the engine that keeps our field operations running smoothly.Key ResponsibilitiesShowings &amp; Client Support:<ul><li>Property Showings: Coordinate and conduct property tours for buyer clients, providing expert insight and ensuring a seamless experience.</li><li>Open House Hosting: Execute professional setup, hosting, and breakdown of weekend open houses to maximize lead capture and property exposure.</li><li>Weekend Support: Assist lead agents with urgent weekend client needs and onsite marketing activities.</li></ul>Operations &amp; Field Tasks:<ul><li>Sign &amp; Lockbox Logistics: Promptly deliver, install, and remove yard signs and lockboxes for all new listings and sold properties.</li><li>Communication: Provide detailed showing feedback to listing agents and maintain constant, clear communication with the team regarding client movements and property status.</li><li>Field Versatility: Perform other real estate-related field tasks (e.g., dropping off marketing flyers, assisting with final walkthrough preparations) during downtime when no showings are scheduled.</li></ul>Job Type: Part-timePay: $20.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Real estate sales: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>Real Estate License (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
