Real Estate Agent- Hourly Paid Assistant- Weekends are a Must

We are looking for a reliable, energetic, and licensed professional to serve as our Field & Showing Specialist. You will be the primary link between our team and our physical inventory. Whether it’s helping a buyer find their dream home, hosting a busy open house, or ensuring our listing marketing materials are installed on time, you are the engine that keeps our field operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Showings & Client Support:

• Property Showings: Coordinate and conduct property tours for buyer clients, providing expert insight and ensuring a seamless experience.
• Open House Hosting: Execute professional setup, hosting, and breakdown of weekend open houses to maximize lead capture and property exposure.
• Weekend Support: Assist lead agents with urgent weekend client needs and onsite marketing activities.

Operations & Field Tasks:

• Sign & Lockbox Logistics: Promptly deliver, install, and remove yard signs and lockboxes for all new listings and sold properties.
• Communication: Provide detailed showing feedback to listing agents and maintain constant, clear communication with the team regarding client movements and property status.
• Field Versatility: Perform other real estate-related field tasks (e.g., dropping off marketing flyers, assisting with final walkthrough preparations) during downtime when no showings are scheduled.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour
