<div>Position Overview
The Analyst, Treasury Operations is responsible for supporting the Finance Team in maximizing the efficiency of the company&rsquo;s financial controls while adhering to GAAP standards. 
Responsibilities<ul><li>Maintain daily, weekly and monthly cash flow forecast.</li><li>Develop actual and forecast cash flow analysis.</li><li>Plan and generate weekly vendor payments.</li><li>Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable operations. Ensure controls are in place and working as intended.</li><li>Reconcile general ledger accounts.</li><li>Provide CEO and CFO with key metric analysis related to accounts payable and accounts receivable.</li><li>Clear and report on customer accounts receivable deductions.</li><li>Submit customer claims for repayment.</li><li>Ensure timely and accurate payment application to customer accounts.</li><li>Report to external auditors as required for accounts payable and accounts receivable testing.</li></ul> 
Qualifications<ul><li>Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in accounting or finance.</li><li>Experience: 2 &ndash; 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing or wholesale environment.</li><li>Strong financial and analytical mindset.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Experience with NetSuite is preferred.</li><li>Conversant knowledge of GAAP standards.</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
