Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 3 years of driving experience.</li><li>Must hold a valid Qatar Heavy Bus Driving License.</li><li>Good knowledge of traffic rules and road safety regulations.</li><li>Responsible, punctual, and able to work flexible hours.</li><li>Candidates currently in Qatar with transferable sponsorship are preferred.</li></ul>Location: Industrial Area, Doha, Qatar.Salary &amp; Benefits:<ul><li>Basic Salary: QAR 1,500</li><li>Food Allowance: QAR 200</li><li>Overtime: As per company policy</li><li>Company accommodation and transportation provided.</li></ul>Work Location: In person

Job Responsibilities:<ul><li>Operate and monitor the concrete batching plant to ensure continuous and efficient production.</li><li>Prepare and produce concrete mixes according to approved mix designs and production schedules.</li><li>Monitor raw material levels and coordinate with the relevant departments to ensure material availability.</li><li>Conduct routine inspections of plant equipment and report any malfunctions or maintenance requirements.</li><li>Ensure accurate recording of production data, delivery tickets, and operational logs.</li><li>Coordinate with dispatchers, drivers, and quality control personnel to meet customer requirements.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of the batching plant and surrounding work area.</li><li>Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and HSE regulations.</li><li>Assist in troubleshooting operational issues and minimizing production downtime.</li><li>Support plant start-up, shutdown, and routine maintenance activities as required.</li></ul>Work Location: In person
