Batching Plant Operator

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor the concrete batching plant to ensure continuous and efficient production.
• Prepare and produce concrete mixes according to approved mix designs and production schedules.
• Monitor raw material levels and coordinate with the relevant departments to ensure material availability.
• Conduct routine inspections of plant equipment and report any malfunctions or maintenance requirements.
• Ensure accurate recording of production data, delivery tickets, and operational logs.
• Coordinate with dispatchers, drivers, and quality control personnel to meet customer requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of the batching plant and surrounding work area.
• Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and HSE regulations.
• Assist in troubleshooting operational issues and minimizing production downtime.
• Support plant start-up, shutdown, and routine maintenance activities as required.
