Recruitment &amp; Onboarding<ul><li>Hire and onboard student counselors, field executives, and regional recruiters for in-school operations.</li><li>Develop and maintain a structured recruitment process to ensure quality and consistency.</li><li>Coordinate induction sessions and initial training for new hires on company policies and university programs.</li></ul>Training &amp; Performance Management<ul><li>Design and deliver training programs on counseling practices, CRM tools, and communication standards.</li><li>Track counselor performance through KPIs, lead conversion ratios, and monthly reviews.</li><li>Implement performance-linked incentives and appraisals based on measurable targets.</li></ul>Payroll &amp; Banking Coordination<ul><li>Manage monthly payroll and attendance tracking for recruitment and help-desk staff.</li><li>Experience with bank transfers, incentive disbursals, and reimbursements.</li><li>Maintain accurate salary, commission, and incentive records for internal audits.</li></ul>Compliance &amp; Documentation<ul><li>Ensure HR policies adhere to organizational standards, labor laws, and data privacy regulations.</li><li>Maintain employee records, offer letters, contracts, and compliance documentation.</li><li>Oversee background verification and ID management for staff across partner institutions.</li></ul>Employee Relations &amp; Motivation<ul><li>Promote a collaborative, ethical, and student-focused work environment.</li><li>Conduct periodic team meetings, counseling sessions, and motivational initiatives.</li><li>Address employee concerns and act as a liaison between management and field teams.</li></ul>Reporting &amp; Coordination<ul><li>Prepare monthly HR dashboards covering recruitment numbers, retention, attendance, and payroll data.</li><li>Coordinate closely with Operations, Finance, and University Relations teams for cross-functional efficiency.</li><li>Contribute to strategic planning for scaling recruitment teams across new regions and partner colleges.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>HR: 3 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
