Recruitment & Onboarding
- Hire and onboard student counselors, field executives, and regional recruiters for in-school operations.
- Develop and maintain a structured recruitment process to ensure quality and consistency.
- Coordinate induction sessions and initial training for new hires on company policies and university programs.
Training & Performance Management
- Design and deliver training programs on counseling practices, CRM tools, and communication standards.
- Track counselor performance through KPIs, lead conversion ratios, and monthly reviews.
- Implement performance-linked incentives and appraisals based on measurable targets.
Payroll & Banking Coordination
- Manage monthly payroll and attendance tracking for recruitment and help-desk staff.
- Experience with bank transfers, incentive disbursals, and reimbursements.
- Maintain accurate salary, commission, and incentive records for internal audits.
Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure HR policies adhere to organizational standards, labor laws, and data privacy regulations.
- Maintain employee records, offer letters, contracts, and compliance documentation.
- Oversee background verification and ID management for staff across partner institutions.
Employee Relations & Motivation
- Promote a collaborative, ethical, and student-focused work environment.
- Conduct periodic team meetings, counseling sessions, and motivational initiatives.
- Address employee concerns and act as a liaison between management and field teams.
Reporting & Coordination
- Prepare monthly HR dashboards covering recruitment numbers, retention, attendance, and payroll data.
- Coordinate closely with Operations, Finance, and University Relations teams for cross-functional efficiency.
- Contribute to strategic planning for scaling recruitment teams across new regions and partner colleges.
