We are looking for a Receptionist cum Admin &amp; Tele Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves handling front desk operations, Tele Sales activities, and providing administrative support, with a focus on Real estate operations.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and client inquiries professionally.</li><li>Perform Tele Sales activities including lead generation, follow-ups, and appointment scheduling.</li><li>Handle front desk reception duties and welcome clients and visitors.</li><li>Maintain CRM systems and update client/property databases.</li><li>Advertise and manage listings on Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, and other portals.</li><li>Prepare property listings, verifications, and Trakheesi permits.</li><li>Prepare tenancy contracts, EJARI, MOUs, addendums, and NOCs.</li><li>Coordinate with developers for registrations and renewals.</li><li>Maintain organized property files and company records.</li><li>Support marketing and advertising campaigns on social media and portals.</li><li>Assist management with daily administrative tasks.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Experience in Tele Sales, reception, administration, or Real estate is preferred.</li><li>Freshers are welcome to apply; excellent spoken and written English is required.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.</li><li>Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.</li><li>Experience with CRM systems and real estate portals is an advantage.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive salary package.</li><li>Employment visa provided.</li><li>Supportive and professional work environment.</li><li>Growth and learning opportunities.</li></ul>Working Hours:<ul><li>Monday to Saturday - 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM</li></ul>Pay: AED2,300.00 - AED2,500.00 per monthWork Location: In person
