Receptionist cum Admin & Tele sales Executive (Real Estate)

We are looking for a Receptionist cum Admin & Tele Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves handling front desk operations, Tele Sales activities, and providing administrative support, with a focus on Real estate operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and client inquiries professionally.
  • Perform Tele Sales activities including lead generation, follow-ups, and appointment scheduling.
  • Handle front desk reception duties and welcome clients and visitors.
  • Maintain CRM systems and update client/property databases.
  • Advertise and manage listings on Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, and other portals.
  • Prepare property listings, verifications, and Trakheesi permits.
  • Prepare tenancy contracts, EJARI, MOUs, addendums, and NOCs.
  • Coordinate with developers for registrations and renewals.
  • Maintain organized property files and company records.
  • Support marketing and advertising campaigns on social media and portals.
  • Assist management with daily administrative tasks.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Tele Sales, reception, administration, or Real estate is preferred.
  • Freshers are welcome to apply; excellent spoken and written English is required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
  • Experience with CRM systems and real estate portals is an advantage.

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Saturday - 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Pay: AED2,300.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
