We are looking for a Receptionist cum Admin & Tele Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves handling front desk operations, Tele Sales activities, and providing administrative support, with a focus on Real estate operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and client inquiries professionally.
- Perform Tele Sales activities including lead generation, follow-ups, and appointment scheduling.
- Handle front desk reception duties and welcome clients and visitors.
- Maintain CRM systems and update client/property databases.
- Advertise and manage listings on Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, and other portals.
- Prepare property listings, verifications, and Trakheesi permits.
- Prepare tenancy contracts, EJARI, MOUs, addendums, and NOCs.
- Coordinate with developers for registrations and renewals.
- Maintain organized property files and company records.
- Support marketing and advertising campaigns on social media and portals.
- Assist management with daily administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Experience in Tele Sales, reception, administration, or Real estate is preferred.
- Freshers are welcome to apply; excellent spoken and written English is required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Experience with CRM systems and real estate portals is an advantage.

Pay: AED2,300.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
