The Senior Forecast Analyst, Business Unit Finance serves as the strategic finance partner to executive leadership and business unit leaders within a private equity&ndash;backed SaaS organization specializing in the multi-family housing industry. This role is responsible for driving financial performance, supporting value creation initiatives, and enabling scalable, profitable growth through disciplined planning, forecasting, and analysis. Operating in a PE-backed environment, this analyst brings a strong ownership mindset, a bias toward action, and a deep understanding of the financial levers that drive ARR &amp; EBITDA growth, cash flow, and enterprise value.</p>
Responsibilities:

Strategic Finance &amp; Business Partnership</p></div><div><ul><li>Act as the primary finance partner to Insurance Business Unit leadership, supporting strategy, investment decisions, and operational execution by framing decisions, risks, and trade-offs, not just presenting data</li><li>Translate business and PE value-creation strategies into actionable financial plans and performance targets</li><li>Lead development of forward-looking &ldquo;what-if&rdquo; scenarios to evaluate strategic choices, risks, and growth opportunities across the business unit</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Build flexible financial and operational models that allow executives to simulate outcomes under varying assumptions (market conditions, pricing, investments, cost structures)</li><li>Act as a thought partner, helping leaders clarify priorities, define success measures, and align on strategic direction</li></ul></div><p></p><div><p><br>
Financial Planning, Forecasting &amp; Analysis</p></div><div><ul><li>Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-range planning for assigned business units in a PE operating cadence</li><li>Own and enhance SaaS financial models, including ARR, MRR, churn, CAC, LTV, gross margin, and unit economics</li><li>Analyze performance drivers, variances, and trends with a focus on EBITDA, cash flow, and scalability</li><li>Develop dashboards and reporting to monitor financial and operational KPIs aligned with PE objectives</li></ul><p></p><div><p><br>

Qualifications:

DBA Engineer II

<div>Overview:
<p>
We are looking for a Staff Engineer to own and evolve our financial data integration and ML classification platform. This system ingests hundreds of variations of real estate financial reports &mdash; trial balances, rent rolls, budgets, forecasts, aged receivables &mdash; from property management companies, automatically detects their format, classifies their structure using ML models, and transforms them into normalized data for downstream analytics.</p><p>
You will be the primary technical lead across two critical systems: a document parsing engine handling 280+ specialized ETL processors and a dynamic pipeline orchestration platform that uses ML-predicted field mappings to automate data extraction at scale. This role demands breadth &mdash; you will build ML models, maintain production data pipelines, design database schemas, and make architectural decisions independently. You will also mentor and manage one direct report.</p>
Responsibilities:
<ul><li><b>ML Model Development &amp; Deployment &mdash; </b>Build, train, and deploy classification models (currently served via Wallaroo) that predict financial field/table mappings from document headers. Extend existing BERT-based question-answering models used for extracting structured data from free-text property descriptions.
</li><li><b>Pipeline Platform &mdash; </b>Maintain and extend the configuration-driven orchestration system that matches incoming files to processing pipelines, executes dynamic conditionals, and writes standardized output to downstream templates.
</li><li><b>ETL Engine &mdash; </b>Evolve the parsing library that handles complex Excel workbooks with nested headers, multi-tab structures, merged cells, and varied accounting system formats (ARES, GIC, DCS).
</li><li><b>Data Quality &amp; Reliability &mdash; </b>Improve prediction accuracy, expand audit logging, and ensure processing integrity across clients and document types.
</li><li><b>Architecture &amp; Technical Leadership &mdash; </b>Drive technical decisions on model serving infrastructure, database schema design, and API integration patterns with RealPage's Data Management Gateway (DMG). Provide mentorship and technical guidance to your direct report.</li></ul>
Qualifications:
