As a RealPage Senior Product Manager, you will own the creation, maintenance, and growth of our multifamily SaaS product offerings for a specific product area. This is an individual contributor role working collaboratively with engineering across a global organization and reporting into a Director, Product Management.
Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Creation of product vision, strategy, roadmap (for product modules/Add on products or similar)</li><li>
Leads process modeling and translates customer needs into requirements</li><li>
Plans, designs, and analyzes user requirements for development</li><li>
Breakdown of requirements into Epics/features/stories and acceptance criteria</li><li>
Identifies cross product dependencies and impact</li><li>
Demos (internal or external, as needed)</li><li>
Analyze &amp; triage product maintenance issues</li><li>
Applies broad knowledge to identify and resolve core problems, suggest process improvements, and reviews technical solutions</li><li>
Coordinates and monitors multiple scrum teams (PO for multiple scrum teams)</li><li>
Oversee Scrum team backlog creation/refinement</li><li>
Plans, prioritizes, and organizes multiple work streams</li><li>
Customer interaction (discovery, user groups)</li></ul>
Qualifications:

Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE<ul><li>
8+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.</li><li>
3+ years of experience directly managing and developing high-performing product management teams.</li><li>
Deep understanding of and passion for artificial intelligence, including:<ul><li>
AI governance principles and best practices.</li><li>
Machine learning concepts and applications.</li><li>
Proven experience with AI-driven techniques and technologies.</li><li>
Strong familiarity with Generative AI, including Large Language Models (LLMs), fine-tuning methodologies, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and model context protocols.</li></ul></li><li>
Proven ability to develop and execute successful product strategies and roadmaps.</li><li>
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.</li><li>
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and customers.</li><li>
Experience with Agile development methodologies.</li><li>
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.</li><li>
A willingness to travel occasionally as required.</li><li>
