The Senior Manager &ndash; Talent Acquisition will lead end-to-end recruitment efforts across multiple Business Units for both Internal and External roles. This strategic position partners closely with business leaders to define hiring needs, develop sourcing strategies, and ensure seamless candidate experience. This role demands a strong command of recruitment operations and stakeholder management to attract top talent across technical and non-technical domains.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:</div><ul><li>
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job requisition creation to offer acceptance, ensuring efficiency, quality, and a seamless and positive candidate experience while adhering to all established process standards</li><li>
Partner with leadership and HRBPs to forecast talent needs and translate them into actionable hiring plans</li><li>
Collaborate closely with hiring managers and business leaders to define role requirements, establish ideal candidate profiles, and align recruitment strategies with business objectives.</li><li>
Deliver a consistent, high-touch candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and engagement at every stage of the hiring process.</li><li>
Drive employer branding initiatives in collaboration with Corporate Communication team and communications to position the company as an employer of choice</li><li>
Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to identify and attract both active and passive talent using job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking</li><li>
Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for critical and hard-to-fill roles through proactive sourcing and talent mapping.</li><li>
Provide regular updates on hiring progress, sourcing challenges to Hiring Managers and Business Unit Heads on a periodic basis.</li><li>
Provide market intelligence and competitive insights on talent availability, salary benchmarks, and industry hiring trends</li><li>
Oversee recruitment marketing campaigns, job fairs, and weekend Recruitment Campaigns
</li><li>Develop hiring metrics to improve and build the recruitment strategy and prepare reports on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.</li><li>
Track and analyze key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-find, time-to-accept, candidate experience scores) to continuously improve hiring outcomes.</li><li>
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and CRM platforms.</li><li>
Follow established recruitment process standards, ensuring consistency, compliance, and data integrity.</li><li>
Prior experience in Niche Skill Hiring / Bulk Recruitment / Engineering Hiring is preferred.</li></ul>
Qualifications:

REQUIRED KN</b><b>OWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES</b></div><ul><li>
12-15 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in a Manager role.</li><li>
Proven track record of building and executing strategic hiring plans in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.</li><li>
Strategic thinker with strong execution skills.</li><li>
Deep understanding of talent analytics, workforce planning, and employer branding.</li><li>
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>
Experience with high-volume, technical, and executive hiring is highly desirable.</li><li>
Master&rsquo;s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.</li><li>
Able to successfully interact with all levels of an organization while building rapport and trust.

Senior Manager

Financial Analyst Team Lead- Corporate Finance will assist the Corporate Finance Leadership in US in building a best-in-class Business Analytics Organization in India Shared Services &amp; Corporate Functions. This professional will work directly with US-based Corporate Finance personnel in an integrated team to support the Corporate Finance responsibilities around consolidated reporting, budgeting and forecasting for RealPage globally.</p>
Responsibilities:

Developer III

<div>Overview:
<p>
The Antitrust Compliance Officer (ACO) will help lead the company&rsquo;s antitrust compliance program. This role requires a licensed attorney with expertise in U.S. antitrust and competition law, capable of managing regulatory obligations, conducting audits, and advising on risk mitigation strategies. The position will report to the Senior Vice President, Associate General Counsel and collaborate with internal teams and external regulators. This position is critical for safeguarding the company against antitrust risks, ensuring compliance with legal obligations, and maintaining trust with regulators and stakeholders. The ACO will also assist with other compliance initiatives across the company. Given the broad nature of the company&rsquo;s software and service offerings, consumer finance, fintech or data privacy experience is a plus, but not required.</p>
Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain the company&rsquo;s antitrust compliance policy and program in alignment with legal and regulatory requirements.</li><li>

Qualifications:

Knowledge of Hart-Scott-Rodino regulations and merger review processes.</li><li>
Demonstrated ability to design and implement compliance frameworks.</li><li>
