The ideal candidate must be bilingual (English &amp; Arabic) and hold a transferable Iqama to ensure a smooth transition into our team.send cv,email: careersadg1@gmail.comWhatsApp: +966543837491Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Government Relations &amp; Compliance: Manage all transactions on government portals including Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI, Mudad, and Taqat. Handle Iqama renewals, profession changes, and sponsorship transfers.</li><li>Recruitment &amp; Onboarding: Oversee the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and initial screening to conducting interviews and facilitating orientation for new hires.</li><li>Employee Documentation: Maintain accurate and confidential personnel files, including contracts, salary certificates, and leave records in compliance with Saudi Labor Law.</li><li>Payroll Support: Assist in preparing monthly payroll, calculating End of Service (EOS) benefits, and ensuring compliance with the Wage Protection System (WPS).</li><li>Bilingual Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for employees, translating documents and policies from English to Arabic (and vice versa) and resolving grievances.</li><li>Performance Management: Support annual appraisal cycles and track employee training and development initiatives</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Experience: Minimum of 2&ndash;3 years of relevant HR experience in Saudi Arabia.</li><li>Language: Full professional fluency in both English and Arabic.</li><li>Iqama: Must hold a transferable Iqama currently valid in KSA.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract Contract length: 24 monthsPay: ﷼2,500.00 - ﷼6,000.00 per month
