We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage daily HR operations, government portal transactions, and employee relations. The ideal candidate must be bilingual (English & Arabic) and hold a transferable Iqama to ensure a smooth transition into our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Government Relations & Compliance: Manage all transactions on government portals including Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI, Mudad, and Taqat. Handle Iqama renewals, profession changes, and sponsorship transfers.
  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Oversee the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and initial screening to conducting interviews and facilitating orientation for new hires.
  • Employee Documentation: Maintain accurate and confidential personnel files, including contracts, salary certificates, and leave records in compliance with Saudi Labor Law.
  • Payroll Support: Assist in preparing monthly payroll, calculating End of Service (EOS) benefits, and ensuring compliance with the Wage Protection System (WPS).
  • Bilingual Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for employees, translating documents and policies from English to Arabic (and vice versa) and resolving grievances.
  • Performance Management: Support annual appraisal cycles and track employee training and development initiatives

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of relevant HR experience in Saudi Arabia.
  • Language: Full professional fluency in both English and Arabic.
  • Iqama: Must hold a transferable Iqama currently valid in KSA.

Contract length: 24 months

Pay: ﷼2,500.00 - ﷼6,000.00 per month
