Job Title: HR Specialist

Total Salary: 5,000 – 6,000 SAR (Full Package)

Role Overview: We are looking for an HR Specialist to handle personnel operations, payroll, and government relations for our internal staff and construction workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage government portals (Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI, Mudad).
• Process monthly payroll (WPS), attendance, and leaves.
• Handle employee contracts, renewals, and end-of-service settlements.
• Maintain employee files and ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business Administration.
• 2+ years of experience in HR Operations in KSA.
• Proficiency in government platforms (Qiwa, Muqeem, etc.).
• Fluent in Arabic; good command of English.
• Based in Dammam.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ﷼5,000.00 - ﷼6,000.00 per month
