 Role Overview
 
 We are hiring 2 SDRs to support our international outreach efforts. You will identify prospects, engage decision-makers, qualify opportunities, and book meetings for our leadership/sales team.
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 <ul>
 <li>
 Outbound outreach to prospects in North America and the UK
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify and engage decision-makers (CXOs, Heads of Operations, Digital, IT, Product, Innovation)
 </li>
 <li>
 Outreach via LinkedIn, email, and other outbound channels
 </li>
 <li>
 Qualify leads based on need, use case, and readiness
 </li>
 <li>
 Book discovery calls and demos
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain accurate tracking in CRM / sheets
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 Requirements
 <ul>
 <li>
 1&ndash;3 years experience in B2B sales / SDR / outbound lead gen
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent spoken and written English
 </li>
 <li>
 Comfortable working with US/UK time zones
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication, persistence, and follow-up discipline
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator / cold email / CRM is a plus
 </li>
 <li>
 Interest in AI / SaaS / technology is preferred
 
 </li>
