We’re Hiring: Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) - 2 Positions


Location: On-site - Johar Town, Lahore

Timings: 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM (PKT)

Markets: North America & UK

Reallytics builds AI solutions including AI chatbots, data analytics platforms, and AI voice assistants for global clients across healthcare, finance, retail, and enterprise operations. Our solutions help organizations automate conversations, reduce manual workload, and improve decision-making using AI.

Role Overview

We are hiring 2 SDRs to support our international outreach efforts. You will identify prospects, engage decision-makers, qualify opportunities, and book meetings for our leadership/sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Outbound outreach to prospects in North America and the UK
  • Identify and engage decision-makers (CXOs, Heads of Operations, Digital, IT, Product, Innovation)
  • Outreach via LinkedIn, email, and other outbound channels
  • Qualify leads based on need, use case, and readiness
  • Book discovery calls and demos
  • Maintain accurate tracking in CRM / sheets


Requirements
  • 1–3 years experience in B2B sales / SDR / outbound lead gen
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Comfortable working with US/UK time zones
  • Strong communication, persistence, and follow-up discipline
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator / cold email / CRM is a plus
  • Interest in AI / SaaS / technology is preferred
