One Estimating is a rapidly growing construction estimating solutions provider, offering services in drywall, concrete, masonry, electrical, metal, and lumber takeoff services. We are currently hiring an experienced LinkedIn Lead Generation Expert to help us expand our client base, build strong professional connections, and generate high-quality leads through LinkedIn.

Job Description

As a LinkedIn Lead Generation Expert, you will work closely with our sales and marketing team to identify potential clients, execute outreach strategies, and support business development through professional networking. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, result-oriented, and experienced in LinkedIn lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with potential clients, builders, contractors, and construction companies on LinkedIn.
• Create and send professional, personalized outreach messages.
• Execute targeted lead generation campaigns using LinkedIn and Sales Navigator.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, leads, and responses.
• Assist in creating and managing LinkedIn content to boost brand visibility and engagement.
• Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on warm leads and schedule meetings.
• Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation targets.

Requirements

• Proven experience in LinkedIn lead generation or LinkedIn outreach (construction industry experience is a plus).
• Strong written communication and networking skills.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator (preferred).
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with the team.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
