Position: SDR / Sales Executive

Reports To: Team Lead / Sales Manager

Role Summary:

SDRs generate leads through cold calling, outreach, and research, qualifying prospects and booking meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make 150–250 cold calls daily.
  • Identify and qualify potential clients.
  • Generate leads from databases and LinkedIn.
  • Book meetings for closers.
  • Follow outreach scripts.
  • Update CRM with accurate notes.
  • Achieve KPIs: calls, leads, meetings.

Requirements:

  • 0–2 years sales or calling experience.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
  • Basic understanding of sales processes.
