The ideal candidate will manage procurement activities, coordinate with international suppliers, oversee shipment processes, and ensure timely availability of materials essential for production.Key ResponsibilitiesProcurement &amp; Vendor Management<ul><li>Source, evaluate, and negotiate with domestic and international suppliers.</li><li>Maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure quality and timely procurement.</li><li>Prepare purchase orders and track deliveries against requirements.</li></ul>Import &amp; Export Coordination<ul><li>Handle complete import and export documentation including invoices, packing lists, BL/AWB, COO, BOE, and LC-related documents.</li><li>Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA, logistics partners, and customs officials.</li><li>Monitor shipment schedules, track consignments, and ensure smooth clearance at ports.</li><li>Ensure compliance with DGFT, customs regulations, and international trade policies.</li></ul>Material Planning &amp; Inventory<ul><li>Coordinate with production, stores, and planning teams to understand material requirements.</li><li>Maintain optimum inventory levels and monitor stock movements.</li></ul>Cost &amp; Compliance Management<ul><li>Negotiate freight rates and optimize import/export costs.</li><li>Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to statutory regulations.</li><li>Maintain updated records of purchases, imports, exports, and relevant licenses.</li></ul>Coordination &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Work closely with internal teams&mdash;finance, operations, logistics&mdash;for seamless workflow.</li><li>Prepare MIS reports related to procurement, shipment status, pricing, and vendor performance.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Supply Chain, Commerce, International Business, or a related field.</li><li>2&ndash;5 years of experience in procurement and import/export operations.</li><li>Strong knowledge of international shipping terms (Incoterms), customs rules, and logistics processes.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and documentation handling.</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.</li><li>Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.</li></ul>Preferred Attributes<ul><li>Experience with manufacturing or industrial products.</li><li>Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple vendors.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;13,465.37 - &#8377;50,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Are you comfortable with Halalpur, Sonipat location?</li><li>What's your Current CTC?</li><li>What's your Expected CTC?</li><li>How many years of experience of you have with Import &amp; Export?</li></ul>Work Location: In person

The role focuses on workforce management, employee relations, statutory compliance, recruitment support, and fostering a positive and productive work culture at the plant.
