Job Title: Plant HR Officer / HR Executive

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM

Budget: 3 LPA To 6 LPA

Job Summary

The Plant HR Officer / HR Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations at the manufacturing unit. The role focuses on workforce management, employee relations, statutory compliance, recruitment support, and fostering a positive and productive work culture at the plant. The position requires close coordination with production teams and plant management to ensure smooth HR functioning.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations & Administration

• Manage day-to-day HR activities at the plant
• Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation
• Handle onboarding, induction, and exit formalities

Recruitment & Staffing

• Coordinate hiring for plant-level positions
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews
• Support manpower planning as per production requirements

Employee Relations

• Address employee queries, concerns, and grievances
• Promote a safe, productive, and harmonious work environment
• Conduct employee engagement and communication initiatives

Statutory Compliance & Payroll Support

• Ensure compliance with labor laws, factory regulations, and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, etc.)
• Coordinate with the payroll team for attendance, leave data, and wage processing
• Support audits and statutory inspections

Training & Development

• Identify training needs for plant employees
• Coordinate skill development, induction, and safety training programs

Health, Safety & Welfare

• Monitor workplace safety, hygiene, and employee welfare facilities
• Support implementation of HR, safety, and disciplinary policies

Eligibility Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in Plant HR or HR Operations (manufacturing industry preferred)
• Good understanding of labor laws and statutory compliance
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills
• Ability to handle employee engagement and conflict resolution
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
