The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in real estate management and a proven track recording driving business growth, especially in high-profile projects like M3M, Elan, TARC, Whiteland, DLF, and Emaar. Key Responsibilities:-Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve sales goals. - Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue. - Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback. - Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge. - Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of projects. - Prepare and present sales reports to upper management.Requirements: &#61623; Minimum 2 years of proven success in real estate sales. &#61623; 1+ year of leadership, mentoring experience preferred. &#61623; Strong communication, negotiation and organizational skill. &#61623; Goal-driven, self-motivated and result-oriented.If you are passionate about real estate, have strong sales expertise, and a drive to achieve target, we&rsquo;d love to connect with you.Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;35,000.00 - &#8377;90,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
