Realty Canvas is looking for a Sales Manager to lead an inspire our growing team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in real estate management and a proven track recording driving business growth, especially in high-profile projects like M3M, Elan, TARC, Whiteland, DLF, and Emaar.
Key Responsibilities:

-Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve sales goals.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue.
- Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
- Prepare and present sales reports to upper management.

Requirements:
 Minimum 2 years of proven success in real estate sales.
 1+ year of leadership, mentoring experience preferred.
 Strong communication, negotiation and organizational skill.
 Goal-driven, self-motivated and result-oriented.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
