DescriptionWe&rsquo;re looking for a reliable, enthusiastic, and professional part-time/weekend receptionist to join our team! You&rsquo;ll play an important role as the face and first point of contact for our organization. Job seekers should be self-starters, have pride in their work and be passionate about helping others. Saturdays and Sundays from 9am-5pm are a must, additional hours possible demanding on business demands . If this sounds like you, apply now!Responsibilities<ul><li>Schedule appointments and ensure the business calendar is accurate and up-to-date</li><li>Take incoming phone calls and respond to emails and ensure the appropriate people receive all relevant information with excellent telephone etiquette with professional demeanor.</li><li>Give every employee, client, and visitor a warm welcome at the front desk and communicate any important information or directions.</li><li>Use of Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Adobe PDF, and Canva experience preferred..</li><li>Proficiency in performing general clerical duties such as typing, filing, and data entry.</li><li>Ability to multi-task with confidence.</li><li>Strong administrative skills including record keeping, scheduling, and correspondence.</li><li>Ability to organize and maintain files in a systematic manner.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>At least one year of receptionist or administrative assistant experience, or similar preferred. Real estate office experience preferred.</li><li>Proficient computer skills.</li><li>Must have graduated high school, received a G.E.D. or in process..</li><li>Well-versed in taking telephone calls and handling stressful situations.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills, organizational skills, customer service skills, and verbal communication skills</li></ul>Compensation$17.50+About Realty Executives Southern Nevada Properties<ul><li>Well-established real estate brokerage closing 175-225 transactions per year.
