Join our squad at Rebelle Dispensary, where we're not just hiring &ndash; we're assembling a team of high-energy, bud-loving enthusiasts to elevate our store to new heights.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Work cross-functionally across sales &amp; marketing functions to create a fun, exciting, and memorable dispensary experience for our customers.</li><li>Act as an enthusiastic brand ambassador, driving excitement &amp; engagement, building industry relationships, and identifying influencer opportunities to boost our digital presence.</li><li>Support the marketing team in the field through best-in-class implementation of marketing activations, including but not limited to: ideating &amp; executing in-store &amp; Boston-area events, guerilla marketing opportunities, &amp; social media content creation.</li><li>Work collaboratively with Buying teams to monitor customer trends, identify assortment opportunities, and report on product sell-through to ensure high-demand products are always available &amp; in-stock.</li><li>Ideate &amp; implement promotional opportunities, from flash sales to loyalty programs, to maximize customer engagement.</li><li>Act as a leader in-store to boost sales, encourage staff, &amp; merchandise displays.</li><li>Engage with customers, sharing your expertise and passion to create a great experience.</li><li>Always represent the brand and company in a positive and professional manner.</li><li>Maintain a high level of product knowledge and clearly communicate product details and benefits to customers.</li><li>Provide regular reporting &amp; insights to the Marketing &amp; Buying teams.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>At least 1 year retail sales, buying, marketing, or event management experience</li><li>Highly approachable &amp; friendly person who is skilled in relationship building</li><li>Obsesses over detail, with strong analytical skills</li><li>Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing</li><li>Highly creative with experience in creating engaging marketing activations</li><li>Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in cannabis sales &amp; marketing</li><li>Professional, positive demeanor with customers and fellow staff members</li><li>Ability to adapt to new rules, regulations, products, systems and team members at any given time</li><li>Well-versed on cannabis products and various methods of consumption</li><li>Knowledge of state rules and the ability to keep the establishment compliant</li><li>Must be at least 21 years of age and able to obtain and maintain a current Marijuana Establishment Agent Registration Card</li></ul>Job Type: Part-timePay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hourExpected hours: 25 &ndash; 30 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li></ul>Work Location: In person
