Job Description: Reborn Coffee &ndash; Diamond Bar is seeking passionate, dependable, and service-oriented individuals to join our team. We are looking for candidates who not only have passion for coffee, but also about serving the community with responsibility and consistency.This is a hands-on role that combines barista responsibilities with basic food preparation. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, contributing to a positive team culture, and helping us deliver memorable customer experiences. Candidates who are open to participating in social media and user-generated content creation are highly welcomed, as we actively engage in marketing campaigns.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Prepare coffee and espresso drinks according to company standards</li><li>Assemble food items accurately and efficiently, including sandwiches, pastries, and other menu offerings</li><li>Perform food preparation tasks, such as slicing, portioning, and restocking ingredients</li><li>Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, including regular cleaning of equipment, counters, and dining areas</li><li>Provide consistent, friendly, and professional customer service</li><li>Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations</li><li>Accept and apply feedback in a professional manner</li><li>Upsell menu items when appropriate to enhance the customer experience</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Availability for weekday shifts (REQUIRED)</li><li>Ability to work both beverage and food prep stations</li><li>Strong communication and multitasking skills</li><li>Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Responsible, dependable, and eager to learn new skills</li><li>Prior barista or food service experience is preferred but not required</li><li>Food Handler Certification (REQUIRED)</li><li>Sexual Harassment Certification (REQUIRED)</li><li>Ability to commute to Diamond Bar, CA 91765 (REQUIRED)</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive pay starting at $18.00/hr + tips</li><li>Flexible scheduling</li><li>Employee discounts</li><li>On-the-job training</li><li>Supportive work environment that values teamwork, growth, and passion for coffee</li></ul>If you are enthusiastic about coffee, committed to excellent service, and ready to grow with a team, we encourage you to apply.
