Barista

Job Description:
Reborn Coffee – Diamond Bar is seeking passionate, dependable, and service-oriented individuals to join our team. We are looking for candidates who not only have passion for coffee, but also about serving the community with responsibility and consistency.

This is a hands-on role that combines barista responsibilities with basic food preparation. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, contributing to a positive team culture, and helping us deliver memorable customer experiences. Candidates who are open to participating in social media and user-generated content creation are highly welcomed, as we actively engage in marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare coffee and espresso drinks according to company standards
• Assemble food items accurately and efficiently, including sandwiches, pastries, and other menu offerings
• Perform food preparation tasks, such as slicing, portioning, and restocking ingredients
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, including regular cleaning of equipment, counters, and dining areas
• Provide consistent, friendly, and professional customer service
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
• Accept and apply feedback in a professional manner
• Upsell menu items when appropriate to enhance the customer experience

Requirements:

• Availability for weekday shifts (REQUIRED)
• Ability to work both beverage and food prep stations
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Responsible, dependable, and eager to learn new skills
• Prior barista or food service experience is preferred but not required
• Food Handler Certification (REQUIRED)
• Sexual Harassment Certification (REQUIRED)
• Ability to commute to Diamond Bar, CA 91765 (REQUIRED)
