Office Administrator (Part-Time) &ndash; Behavioral Health / Recovery SettingPay: $20&ndash;$22 per hour Job Type: Part-Time (with growth potential into Full-Time) Location: South Easton, MA (In-Person) Anticipated Start Date: Mid&ndash;Late May 2026OverviewRebuilding is seeking a reliable, organized, and proactive Part-Time Office Administrator to support the daily operations of our outpatient mental health and substance use recovery programs. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured, people-centered environment and is interested in growing within a mission-driven behavioral healthcare organization.Previous experience in a healthcare, mental health, or recovery setting is a plus, but not required for the right candidate.Schedule Options (Flexible Shift)We are currently hiring for the following part-time shift:<ul><li>Afternoon into Evening Shift: Monday&ndash;Friday, 2:00 PM &ndash; 7:00 PM</li><li>Including: Alternating Saturdays 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM</li></ul>Expected hours: 20 - 24 hours per week This position has strong potential to expand into a full-time role as the organization continues to grow.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Support daily office operations and maintain an efficient workflow</li><li>Assist in preparing common areas for daytime and evening clinical programming</li><li>Maintain organized filing systems and documentation within the EMR and physical records</li><li>Communicate professionally with patients, staff, and external stakeholders</li><li>Provide clerical support including data entry, scheduling assistance, and correspondence tracking</li><li>Assist with the admissions and intake process as needed</li><li>Help with housekeeping and maintaining a welcoming clinical environment</li><li>Provide administrative support to leadership and clinical staff as necessary</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Strong organizational and time management skills</li><li>Excellent communication (written and verbal)</li><li>Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks</li><li>Comfort working in a healthcare or clinical office setting</li><li>Experience with administrative support, customer service, or medical office work is preferred</li><li>Familiarity with mental health or recovery environments is a plus</li></ul>Preferred Experience<ul><li>Healthcare or behavioral health: 1 year (Preferred)</li><li>Administrative/office support: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Work LocationIn person South Easton, MA 02375Join Our TeamThis is an excellent opportunity to join a growing outpatient behavioral health organization where your work will directly support patient care, clinical operations, and community impact.We look forward to welcoming a dedicated individual who is ready to contribute and grow with us.Job Type: Part-timePay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Work Location: In person
