Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team! Whether you&rsquo;re mixing drinks at a bustling nightclub or serving guests in a fine dining setting, your positive attitude and professionalism will shine through every interaction.Duties<ul><li>Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring each drink meets quality standards.</li><li>Engage with guests warmly, taking orders accurately and providing personalized recommendations based on their preferences.</li><li>Handle cash and POS transactions efficiently using systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, maintaining accurate cash handling and cashiering procedures.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling regulations at all times.</li><li>Manage multiple tables or bar stations during busy hours by practicing excellent time management skills.</li><li>Restock supplies, garnishes, and beverages promptly to ensure smooth service flow throughout shifts.</li><li>Collaborate with kitchen staff for catering, banquet events, or food service needs, ensuring seamless coordination for large parties or special occasions.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced environment such as a nightclub, restaurant, or fine dining establishment.</li><li>Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; experience with cash handling and cashiering is essential.</li><li>Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively during high-volume periods while maintaining accuracy in serving drinks and processing transactions.</li><li>Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and proper alcohol service protocols.</li><li>Experience with catering or banquet events is a plus; familiarity with retail math and basic math skills are necessary for accurate billing.</li><li>Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays in a hospitality setting such as a nightclub or restaurant.</li><li>Strong communication skills with an energetic approach that fosters a lively atmosphere for guests.
