Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team! Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring each drink meets quality standards.
• Engage with guests warmly, taking orders accurately and providing personalized recommendations based on their preferences.
• Handle cash and POS transactions efficiently using systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, maintaining accurate cash handling and cashiering procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling regulations at all times.
• Manage multiple tables or bar stations during busy hours by practicing excellent time management skills.
• Restock supplies, garnishes, and beverages promptly to ensure smooth service flow throughout shifts.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff for catering, banquet events, or food service needs, ensuring seamless coordination for large parties or special occasions.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced environment such as a nightclub, restaurant, or fine dining establishment.
• Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; experience with cash handling and cashiering is essential.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally.
• Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively during high-volume periods while maintaining accuracy in serving drinks and processing transactions.
• Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and proper alcohol service protocols.
• Experience with catering or banquet events is a plus; familiarity with retail math and basic math skills are necessary for accurate billing.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays in a hospitality setting such as a nightclub or restaurant.
