This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive professional eager to make a significant impact within a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.Duties<ul><li>Track, analyze and close projects for assigned business units</li><li>Monitor job costing budgets, forecast project cost and provide insight into potential cost overruns</li><li>Work closely with project managers and operations teams to ensure effective cost management and communication of financial information</li><li>Complete a monthly job costing analysis that tracks cost, margins, and expenses by each project for each business unit</li><li>Provide support for the day-to-day accounting operations</li><li>Reconcile sub-ledger to general ledger account balances</li><li>Prepare financial statements, journal entries, and account reconciliations</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance</li><li>Experience: 36 months of experience as an Accountant or Auditor</li></ul>Pay: $64,646.00 - $85,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Accountant/Auditor: 3 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person

SENIOR ACCOUNTANT

<div>Job Summary: The Accounts Payable Clerk is responsible for managing all payment activities across the various entities.
Duties/Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Daily handling of vendor invoices and monitoring accounting email inbox</li><li>
Accurately review, code, and process vendor invoices for multiple companies</li><li>
Reconcile vendor statements</li><li>
Upload vendor invoices to drive</li><li>
Communicate with the purchasing department when there are PO discrepancies</li><li>
Support other accounting functions as needed</li></ul>
Responsible for additional duties and accountabilities that will be assigned as needed.
Required Skills/Abilities:
<ul><li>Microsoft Office Suite experience required</li><li>
Strong communication skills</li><li>
Strong organizational skills, detailed oriented and able to work well in a fast-paced environment</li><li>
Self-starter and team player</li><li>
Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience a plus</li><li>
NetSuite ERP experience a plus</li><li>
QuickBooks experience a plus</li></ul>
Education and Experience:<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in accounting or equivalent experience preferred, but not required</li><li>
2&ndash;3 years of general accounting experience</li></ul>
Physical Requirements:
<ul><li>Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer</li><li>
Ability to lift 15 pounds</li></ul>
