<div>HVAC Service Dispatcher | $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday
Work Hours: 7:30am to 4:30pm
Local Residential HVAC contractor is looking for a Service Dispatcher.
This position is the initial contact with our customers and plays a vital role in providing administrative support
Position Overview:
<ul><li>Answering incoming calls</li><li>
Schedule and coordinate all service calls as calls are received</li><li>
Create dispatch ticket for all service calls</li><li>
Dispatch technicians</li><li>
Maintain the dispatch board / schedule</li><li>
Forecast workload for 2 - 3 days out</li><li>
Contact customers with a &quot;Parts Pending&quot; status as parts are received for scheduling</li><li>
Follow up on all pending and recommended work with customers utilizing the pending work log</li><li>
Maintain the maintenance agreements, scheduling, database information, customer hard files and renewals</li><li>
Order parts for special orders</li><li>
Update customer files as information is received from installation. (Extended warranties, equipment info, new customer information)</li><li>
Maintain customer history files in database</li></ul>

Qualifications:
<ul><li>2 + years of experience in customer service, schedule coordinating, dispatching or project coordinating, or equivalent combination of education and experience</li><li>
Advanced customer service skills</li><li>
Microsoft Office Suite experience</li><li>
Ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and technicians</li><li>
CRM database experience</li><li>
Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail</li><li>
Dispatching experience HVAC, plumbing, electrical, construction or similar industry experience desired, but not required</li></ul></div>
